The policy
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through any form on this site, we collect the information you provide in that form. We collect only what we need to assess fit and respond. We also use Google Analytics, but only if you consent. It sets cookies in your browser to help us understand how the site is used. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the privacy settings icon in the footer.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, assess whether we are a fit, and, if we proceed, to scope an engagement. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiry information is stored in our client relationship management system, which is our system of record, not in informal inboxes or chat tools. We apply role-based access and keep only what we need for as long as we need it. Analytics data is stored by Google in its Analytics platform.
How we use AI
Where we use AI in our own work, it is for defined tasks with a human review step, and final outputs are kept in our system of record. We recommend and use only tools that meet enterprise-level security, compliance, and privacy standards. We do not put personal information into tools that are not approved for it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at hello@clientandmethod.ca.
