A baseline before any build.
We document where the practice stands now, in hours, cycle time, rework, and adoption, before we change anything. Without a baseline there is nothing to prove against, so we make it mandatory.
Proof
Most advisors who call us have been here before. Tools bought and never used. Outside help that did not deliver. Here is how we make sure this time is different, and how you see the return.
How we prove the result
We document where the practice stands now, in hours, cycle time, rework, and adoption, before we change anything. Without a baseline there is nothing to prove against, so we make it mandatory.
Discovery sets the current-state numbers and the target improvements, agreed in writing. When we oversee the build, we hold the work to them.
We run the change management that gets the new way used, and we design for the people who do the work. Built but not used is failure.
Deep, hands-on experience across the CRM, AI, and practice tools advisors actually use, from needs analysis and financial planning to client management. We have worked across the stack, so the recommendation is not limited to one tool. We focus on what fits you and your practice. The record behind this, from national distribution leadership to enterprise CRM and AI implementation, is on the About page.
We work in Canadian advisory and compliance reality: records, supervision, privacy, regulations, and audit-readiness. We keep it practical.
How we measure
We show the path, and we chart where the return is earned as the plan is implemented.
First, we quantify the time your practice gets back, modelled from the plan and confirmed as the new workflow is adopted. Second, we convert it to cost efficiency, the annual time cost removed. Third, we convert it to capacity created, the additional reviews or cases possible without adding headcount. Fourth, we map the revenue signals that capacity unlocks: more reviews completed on schedule, faster cycle times, and higher conversion on referrals through better follow-through.
Example, illustrative only
Eight hours saved per week across a team, at an agreed loaded hourly cost, is roughly four hundred hours a year returned to client work. Your numbers replace these in Discovery.
Note: The return depends on the plan being implemented and the new practices being maintained. We drive adoption and hold the team accountable through change management. Keeping it in place is the practice's to own.
How we use AI
AI supports the work. It does not make decisions or give advice.
We help advisory practices use AI for defined tasks, such as meeting note drafts, intake summaries, first-pass documentation, knowledge assistants, and service triage, to name a few. Every use has a human review step, and final outputs are kept in your system of record, not in a chat window. We recommend and use only tools that meet enterprise-level security, compliance, and privacy standards, or your own approved system if you prefer. We do not put client personal information into tools that are not approved for it. In short, we show you how to use AI practically and compliantly.
The questions you should be asking
Q1
In Discovery and Planning we go deep. We spend time with everyone in your practice to understand how the work is done today, then build a solution that is bespoke to you. We do not drop one template on every practice, because no two practices run the same way. We set a baseline and we measure adoption. If it does not get used, it did not work, and the engagement is built to prevent that.
Q2
It is a fee tied to a return you can see. The plan removes the manual work and the constraints holding the practice back and overworking the team, against an agreed baseline and target. We show you where it saves cost, lifts profitability, improves the client experience, and gives your team back its time. You decide on the build with the numbers in hand.
Q3
Adoption is what we drive. We run the change management that ingrains the new processes and tools, and we stay after go-live to hold people accountable until it sticks. We do not install it and walk away.
Q4
We recommend and use only solutions that meet enterprise-level security, compliance, and privacy standards, or your own approved system of record if you prefer. Where AI is used, it has a defined task, a human review step, and a controlled storage location.
Q5
We are not here to convince you your practice is broken. If you are happy, we are probably not for you, yet. We are built for advisory practices that have hit a wall and are at capacity, that want to grow, run at peak efficiency, and deliver a superior client experience, and are ready to commit to evolving.
